Hosting
All of of our Hosting Plans are month to month. You may cancel at any time.

Domain Names
Domain Name Registration fees are non-refundable since we can not get our money back from the registrar.

Website Plans
If, within 30 days you are not satisfied with your Website Plan you may request a refund and all but $99 will be refunded. This policy is for the benefit of our customers. If no work was begun on your new website, all of your money will be gladly refunded.

Applications
We don't sell applications, we just charge for installation, training, and support. We will gladly refund your money if the application has not be installed or allow you to trade it for another application, even if the new application you want is more expensive.
